Red Windsor (200g)

Red Windsor is made in Leicestershire at the Long Clawson dairy and is a blend of cheddar with port and brandy, making it an interesting shade of pink.  Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet. (also contains Port (1%), Brandy (0.5%), Colour (Cochineal).
