Our feta comes from the small village of Ertos in the Peleponnesse Mountains near Kalamata. Made of 100% goats milk, it is one of our best selling cheeses because of its tangy flavour and crumbly texture. We keep this cheese in large tins of brine which makes a huge difference to its flavour which is very different from pre-packed factory produced feta and well worth trying.
