Mahon (200g)

Named after the capital of its home on the Baleric Island of Menorca, comes this hard spicy cows milk cheese.  Mahon is made in a distinctive pillow shape and the rind is rubbed with paprika and olive oil which gives it an orange colour.  mahon is delicious eaten with a little olive oil and black pepper.  Made with un-pasterurised milk and animal rennet.
