Westcombe cheddar 200g

Cheese has been made at Westcombe in Somerset since the 1890s.  One of the big 3 traditional cheddars, Westcome is less earthy than others and has a pleasing fruity flavour.  You can actually watch a Westcombe cheddar maturing at http://www.cheddarvision.tv !!!!

Made with un-pasteurised milk and animal rennet.
