Christmas celebration 'cake'
The perfect end to Christmas dinner - as our wedding 'cakes' made of cheese are so popular, we thought we would add a Christmas one! A ring of delicious Swaledale blue, topped with crumbly, white Lancashire and a Snowdonia Bouncing berry (cranberries). Throw in some nuts and berries - voila - a stunning centrepiece which will serve around 10 people. (With some Swaledale Blue left for later with a glass of port)
