Shorrock's strong Lanacashire bomb
Made by Andrew Shorrock in Goosnargh, near Preston. Looking suspiciously like an actual bomb - the cheese inside is certainly powerful and creamy. A great talking point or gift.
Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.

This cheese is absolutely delicious for a strong cheese, the texture is very nice and smooth and even my cat Tara loves it
