Sugar and Spice - nectarine and onion relish

Sugar & Spice chutney, beloved of farmers market customers in Liverpool, is made a few yards up the road from the Liverpool Cheese Company shop.  Nectarine and onion relish contains: nectarines, red onion, garlic, lemon, rosemary, cumin, fennel,cider vinegar and sugar.

Delicious with soft cheeses or on a burger!
