Sugar and Spice - Pear and Date chutney

Sugar & Spice chutney, beloved of farmers market customers in Liverpool, is made a few yards up the road from the Liverpool Cheese Company shop. Pear and date chutney contains: pears, dates, sugar, cider vinegar, oil, corriander, fennel, cumin, chilli, red onions and carrots.

Delicious with blue cheese.
