Autumn Glory (serves 70 -100)
This autumn themed wedding cake involves one 3.5kg Cornish Yarg, 1.5kg Snowdonia extra mature cheddar, 1.65kg Cashel Blue, a Somerset Camembert and a Gaperon (garlic and pepper cheese) finished off with 4 Couer Neufchatel (heart shaped cheeses). it would serve between 70 - 100 people. The cheeses on these cakes are to give an idea, you can select other cheeses instead. We try to encourage customers to choose a bespoke cake and are happy to discuss options with you by e-mail, phone or a personal visit to our shop.
